Whether you just need a brief moment of privacy while visiting the Clay County courthouse or you want to host a client meeting in a professional space instead of the unpredictable environment of a coffee shop or the awkwardness of your home office, we have you covered.

We have three conference rooms you can book at an hourly rate ($20, $25 or $40/hr).

• The Woody's Appliance room is $20/hr (Seats 3-5 people & has a whiteboard wall, but no TV)

• The Corbin Opera House room is $25/hr (Seats 3-5 people & has a whiteboard wall and a TV)

• The J.J. Stogdale room is $40/hr (seats 4-8 people & has a TV)

Half day reservations are 20% off hourly rate and full day reservations are 30% off hourly rate.

Need something bigger for your next after-hours or early-morning celebration? Rent our entire space and accommodate 25-75 people depending on your event type (seated or come & go). Only available after 5pm Monday-Friday and anytime on Saturdays/Sundays.
